The service

Microscape is a live-service game: it runs online, requires a connection, and exists only for as long as the service operates.

Playing requires a Twitch account and is subject to Twitch's own terms, including its age requirements.
Accounts that abuse the game or exploit bugs that harm the integrity of the game may be suspended or terminated; paid benefits are not refunded on termination.

The service is provided as is. Uptime, availability, and freedom from bugs or data loss are not guaranteed.
Microscape is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress, items, or in-game benefits.
Microscape depends on third parties such as Twitch, Stripe, and Cloudflare. An outage or change at any of them can interrupt the service, and may not be within our control.

Microscape is a small, evolving game: features, benefits, balance, and content can change at any time without notice.
Characters and their progress (items, abilities, etc.) may be reset, such as for the transition between Beta and Release.
The game may be discontinued entirely, without compensation.

The Adventurer's Guild Lifetime Membership (referred to as Lifetime Membership going forward) is a one-time purchase granting a license to certain benefits, as described in-game.
It is not a subscription; there are no recurring charges.
"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the game: the license lasts for as long as Microscape operates.
Lifetime Membership benefits refer to whatever the Membership feature set is at any given moment, not the set that existed when the purchase was made.
A gifted Lifetime Membership grants the benefits to the recipient; the purchase remains the buyer's.

Recurring subscriptions may be introduced in the future as a separate product; they will carry their own separate benefits, which are not included in Lifetime Membership.

Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record; the sale is subject to Stripe's terms presented at checkout.
Purchases grant a license to access digital content, delivered when payment settles.
The purchased license normally activates the moment checkout completes; in rare cases it can take up to twenty-four hours to be reflected in game. If it takes longer, contact [email protected]
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A chargeback attempt will result in the permanent termination of the buyer's account, regardless of outcome.
